What to expect – brief event run-down:

  1. Event Introduction.
  2. Teams are picked.
  3. Facilitator instruction and demonstration.
  4. Teams compete in several fun accuracy challenges for points.
  5. After the final challenge, team points are tallied, and the winning team announced.
  6. Winning team is presented bragging rights or pre-determined prize.
  7. Group photos and event conclusion.

All local transport requirements for groups big and small can be arranged to and from our venue if conferencing at another venue in the Hunter Valley.

Yes absolutely. Our Archery program is specifically designed for first timers to become accurate quickly. Shooting distance from the target is 15m. Plus with the large targets, you become a pro in no time.

No, not really. You are drawing back the string, but the beginner recurve bow tension is low and easy to draw back and release. Lifting your arrowhead aim compared to the target, will also composite the draw back strain. In other words, you won’t have any trouble.

There are several types of bows used in archery, including recurve bows, compound bows, longbows, and traditional bows. Each type has its unique characteristics and uses. We use the beginner recurve bow for an easy draw and release.

Archery is a safe sport when proper safety measures are followed. You will receive instruction from certified archery instructors, wear safety gear, and follow range rules to ensure safety. Our purpose-built Archery Range is also designed specifically with Archery practicality and safety in mind, not only for the Archers, but for spectators also.

The standard target used in archery is a round target with concentric circles, often coloured in black, blue, red, and gold (centre). Different sections of the target have different point values. We play many fun accuracy games within our team building program.
